Investment projects
Investment project support, as well as cooperation with large foreign companies are one of our key development priorities. Thus, in 2014, SP&P signed an agreement with Dentons international law firm. The alliance works on investment projects in the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian investors’ projects in the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe and the EU, as well as legal dispute resolution projects within the Eurasian Economic Union.
Managers’ involvement
Our managers are personally involved in our company’s projects. Thus, our task and practice teams are led by a manager in charge of the specific area. Owing to their differences, each being a leading expert in his/her areas, make an ideal team complementing each other’s knowledge and experience.
Understanding the client’s industry
In order to attain a better understanding of business specifics, SP&P sets up project teams for business sectors. At present, we work in such sectors, as IT, FMCG, aviation, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, oil ans gas, finances and banking; tourism; hotel business; etc. A sector project involves lawyers specializing in various branches of law to insure comprehensive project review and consideration of a wide range of impact factors.

The professional liability has been insured since 2014. The insurance amount is 600,000 USD .
