• we provide consultations and follow up on the processes of corporate liquidation and either winding up of representative offices of foreign entities or going bankrup.

We assist with implementation of the chosen business closing form in practice by:

• representing Client’s interests before public authorities and other organizations during the liquidation/winding up/bankruptcy process  (in this matter we are assisted by the Attorneys at law to whom we cooperate);
• representing debtors’ and creditors’ interests in a bankruptcy procedure before creditors’ meetings/committees and courts  (in this matter we are assisted by the Attorneys at law to whom we cooperate).
