• preparing agreements on creation and provision of rights to software, inter alia, developed on assignment and supplied along with high-technology equipment;

We support our Clients in the event of infringement upon their rights to software by:

• helping with building up a tactics of defense from illegitimate actions of other companies and/or individuals,
• counseling and supporting with drawing documents with the participation of our Clients in any proceedings related to infringements upon their rights to software,
• support in administrative and judicial proceedings in the event of infringement upon third parties’ rights to software by the Client, and legal hearings of cases on such infringements  (in this matter we are assisted by the Attorneys at law to whom we cooperate).
