Stepanovski, Papakul and partners Attorneys at Law have provided legal support to four Guangdong (China) companies in the course of their incorporation in Belarus. Three of them are now registered as residents of «Great Stone» Industrial Park.
The companies in question are LLC «AE International Investment», LLC «Liquid Metal Lighting Appliances Company “Fan Cheng”», LLC «Fluence International Technology». The new residents’ main area of expertise is the production of electronic elements.
These corporations are entering the market, so to say, «hand-in-hand». They would be the first ever companies to be connected not just on the basis of their origin, but also due to the fact that they are controlled by a single managing company, since the fourth company was established by the founders with an aim of accumulating the questions of managing the other three in a unified center.
As a result, the number of Industrial Park residents has increased to 13 companies.

Presidential Order № 166 «On the improvement of special legal regime of the China-Belarus Industrial Park «Great Stone» was signed on May12, 2017. When the document is officially published in full we are going to share more information on the way the legal regime of conducting commercial activity in the Industrial Park has changed.
