Today, we regret to inform you that in accordance with the amendments made to the Law “On the Bar and Advocate Activity in the Republic of Belarus”, from October 29, 2021, the activities of law offices and the individual advocates are prohibited. Advocates working in law offices and individually were asked to move to legal consultations and continue their advocacy there or leave the ranks of advocacy.
As you know, the creation and maintenance of one of the best professional legal teams in Belarus, providing comprehensive customer care and creating a strong and reliable brand has always been the main priority for SPP. It is possible to save this only by leaving the ranks of the advocacy. Therefore, the partners and most of the lawyers made a decision to suspend advocate licenses and continue legal practice in a different form.
22.10.2021 Stepanovski, Papakul and Partners Attorneys at Law made a decision to reorganize in the form of merger with the LLC SPP Consult.
29.10.2021 Stepanovski, Papakul and Partners Attorneys at Law will cease its activities as a result of merger with LLC SPP Consult, which will be the legal successor of Stepanovski, Papakul and Partners Attorneys at Law and will be named from that date Stepanovski, Papakul and Partners.
