Dmitry Semashko is widely known not only as a successful lawyer. For many years he was actively involved in mentorship programs for young people: he was a member of the Council of Young Attorneys of the Minsk City Bar Association, coordinator of the Young ADR mentoring program and the ambassador of the Central and Eastern Europe region Arbitrator Intelligence in Belarus and Poland.
