Stepanovski, Papakul and partners Attorneys at Law supported the first Minsk Pre-Moot – a preliminary event of the Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
The Minsk Pre-Moot was organised by Belarusian State University, Belarusian Republican Bar Association, Centre for Resolution of Business Conflict “MOST” and Young Alternative Dispute Resolution – Belarus project. The event was hosted by the BSU Law Faculty and BSU Faculty of International Relations.
The Pre-Moot was attended by 6 six teams from Belarus, Germany, Latvia, Poland, Russian and Ukraine as well as by more than 30 Belarusian and foreign arbitrators.
The winners of the Minsk Pre-Moot are:
- the best team – the team of University of Passau
- the best oralist – Seema Murtuza, the team of Riga Graduate School of Law
- the best arbitrator – Fritz Gabrysh
