Alina Kushnerova

Alina has experience in consulting on intellectual property, IT, antimonopoly law, advertising and marketing, healthcare and pharmaceuticals. In addition, Alina has expertise in legal documents translation.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• creation, adaptation of documents on personal data protection issues (privacy policies, company’s internal documents);
• participation in contractual support of of creation, acquisition and transfer of rights to IT products, trademarks, other objects of intellectual property;
• advising companies on launching IT products in Belarus;
• advising clients on cryptocurrency activities in Belarus;
• advising on protection against unfair competition, including in the cross-border market of the EAEU;
• participation in the support of obtaining the consent of the antimonopoly authority for transactions recognized as an economic concentration;
• participation in Legal Due Diligence of Belarusian companies;
• drafting various kinds of legal documents;
• general issues of regulation of advertising, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, IT, intellectual property and competition.

• Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University, “International Law” with honors, 2021;
• Master’s degree of the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University, “Jurisprudence”.
