Veronika has experience in advising on corporate law issues, including establishment, restructuring and liquidation of legal entities, acquisition and alienation of shares in statutory fund. Moreover, Veronika has practical skills in translating legal documents.

SELECTED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Registration of one of the visa centers in the Republic of Belarus;
• Preparation of corporate documents for one of the world leaders in the production of consumables and software for professional construction;
• Accompanying the liquidation procedure for one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of telecommunications equipment for fixed and mobile operators;
• Accompanying the liquidation procedure for the HTP resident, specializing in automating and optimizing business processes in the field of e-commerce, implementing a data-driven management strategy using cloud technologies and artificial intelligence technologies (machine learning, neural networks);
• Accompanying the change of membership in the specialized enterprise for the production of agricultural machinery;
• Accompanying the procedure for the dismissal of employees in connection with the reduction, the liquidation of legal entities;
• Preparation of documents for the payment of annual bonuses to employees;
• Monitoring of legislation and preparation of legal opinions on labor and migration issues, issues of organizing cultural and entertainment events and obtaining tour certificates, issues of sanctions restrictions, etc.
