Ulyana Selyavko

In practice since 2022.

Ulyana has experience in resolving disputes related to the conduct of business activities, including disputes related to the conclusion, amendment and termination of contracts, invalidity of transactions, disputes arising from non-performance or improper performance of contracts and corporate disputes. In addition, Ulyana is engaged in the study and analysis of court practice.

Professional experience:

• providing legal assistance in pre-trial settlement of disputes, carrying out preparatory work on the formation of the evidence base;
• participation in the resolution of corporate disputes on the alienation of shares, stakes in the authorized fund, participation in the resolution of cases to appeal against decisions of the general meeting of participants of business entities, etc;
• participation in settlement of disputes on recovery of debts under supply contracts, paid services contracts, work contracts, loan contracts, etc;
• preparation of legal opinions on issues arising during legal support of disputes in courts and arbitration institutions;
• developing, drafting and analyzing various kinds of legal documents;
• participation in advising clients on issues related to the enforcement of enforcement documents.
