- advising a major international hotel operator on entry into the Belarusian market;
- participating in integrated due diligence of a major retail operator;
- advising and supporting the projects of a major process equipment supplier in the area of wholesale (including related-party transactions);
- participation in support of a foreign bank project in Belarus in part of development of transaction safeguards;
- providing ongoing consultations to clients on commercial operations, taxation, foreign exchange regulations and contract laws.
