• Advising on other issues of taxation, preparation and submission of tax returns;
• Advising foreign companies on the best options for entering the Belarusian market and the presence of foreign business in Belarus;
• Advising on the risks of establishing a permanent establishment in Belarus, as well as tax registration of foreign companies based on the establishment of a permanent establishment;
• Drafting and review of different types of agreements as well as their modification based on the risks revealed;
• Advising a large foreign retail operator on the procedure for handling waste of goods and packaging, as well as the collection and disposal of production waste;
• Advising companies on the issues and procedure for marking goods with unified control marks and identification marks;
• Support of customs protection of trademarks on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
• General consulting on taxation, contract law.
