Maria has experience providing legal counsel on corporate law matters, including the establishment, reorganization, and liquidation of legal entities, as well as the acquisition and transfer of ownership interests in the authorized capital. Additionally, Maria possesses expertise in dispute resolution before economic courts and in the preparation of judicial documents. Skilled in translating legal documents.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• participation in legal support related to the establishment and dissolution of business entities;
• drafting documents for transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of ownership interests in the authorized capital;
• providing legal consultancy on immigration law matters, specifically assisting with the legalization of foreign nationals’ stay in the Republic of Belarus;
• drafting and analyzing various employment agreements for compliance with applicable legislation;
• advising on dispute resolution procedures in economic courts, including preparation of procedural documents such as claims, motions, responses to claims, and claims statements;
• involvement in Legal Due Diligence projects;
• translation of legal documents.

• BSU College of Law;
• Currently enrolled as a fourth-year student at the Law Faculty of Belarusian State University, Degree in Law (specialization “Economic Law”).
