PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- advising the large automobile distributor in the Republic of Belarus on issues of dealer agreement execution;
- supporting number of cases on administrative customs violations;
- supporting the procedure of customs protection of trademarks of major producers of household technics and cosmetics;
- supporting the case on unfair competition related to illegal use of rights to the trademark;
- legal supporting the “FSP Art Picnic” cultural event (2016, 2017, 2018);
- supporting projects on transfer of rights to objects of intellectual property;
- advising the foreign citizen on the dispute in the framework of the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
- participating in preparation of the report on public procurement procedure for The World Bank.
