17 March, 2011 the Presidium of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry updated Regulations of the International Court of Arbitration (hereinafter — Regulations), and from 5 April 2011 the ICA at the BCCI is considering disputes according to a new order.
On the main innovations of the Regulations and about a simplified procedure for dealing with disputes Alexander Fedorovich Khrapoutsky, Head of the Arbitration Group and International Projects with the company «Stepanovski, Papakul and partners,» the arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court at BCCI, senior lecturer in Civil Law of Belarusian State University is writing in his article in the Journal «Industrial and Commercial Law» № 5 (103) in May 2011.
