• drafting about 50 contracts for creation and/or use of software, for various IT companies and customers of specialized software;
• providing legal support to expansion of operations of one of the largest Russian video-on-distance (video at request) hosting provider to Belarusian Internet users;
• ensuring customs protection of trademarks of major producers of cosmetics, household, professional and door equipment;
• conducting legal due diligence of commercial operations of one of the largest direct sales company trading in cosmetics;
• providing legal support to introduction of a specialized bonus mobile application in the field ofHoReCa in Belarus;
• providing legal support to BelarusN Project (thematic tourist routes in Belarus), of Belorusneft RUE;
• advising various companies on advertising, such as alcohol and medicines, on marking and design of retail packaging; review of advertisement layout and goods packaging;
• advising onmedicine production localization providing for the status of a domestically produced medicine;
• advising onopening of a pharmacy in Belarus, on sale of dietary supplements;
• adapting staff policies of representative offices of international pharmaceutic and medical companies.
