SP&P participates in a new joint project on promotion of alternative dispute resolution among the youth practitioners and academics of Belarus – Young Alternative Dispute Resolution Belarus (YADR Belarus).
The project is launched within the BILA Association – a non-commercial entity contributing to education and researches, including in the field of alternative dispute resolution. We expect that the YADR Belarus will join young practitioners, scholars, and students, as well as create a platform for establishing professional contacts, sharing experience, and improving legal skills.
The SP&P Head of International Arbitration Group, attorneyat law, Dmitry Semashko, who is the member of the executivecommittee to the project, commented: «Growing legal talentsis the threshold issue and should be in line with the modern international trends. That is why sharing experience with theinternational legal community and Belarusian lawyersexperienced in international law is the key for the youngpractitioners’ career development. The rise of the YADRBelarus is the step into the right direction, our youth deserve to be among the best world leading professionals”.
