Professional experience:

  • Providing legal support to clients on all aspects of intellectual property, from organizing work with IP objects in the company to entering into a contractual relationship and choosing a strategy for protecting rights;
  • Legal due diligence of intellectual property issues – IP LDD as a separate task or as part of M&A;
  • Advising clients on building a personal data protection system in accordance with the requirements of GDPR and data protection legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus;
  • Advising and supporting transactions on entering the market of the Republic of Belarus for franchising companies, including adaptation of agreements to local regulation.

Additional experience:

  • Developed course «Legal aspects of data protection» (for LLM program “Cyberlaw” in BSU);
  • Member of the working group on the draft Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Copyright and Related Rights”, 2011.

  • International Law Department of International Relations Faculty of Belarusian State University;
  • Postgraduate course in International Trade and Business Law, including the Law of the European Union, the Law of the WTO and International Commercial Arbitration Law (T.M.C. Asser College Europe, Hague, Netherlands);
