  • assistance in the preparation and conclusion of construction contracts, legal support of construction projects, preparation of Special Conditions for standard Construction Contracts of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC);
  • legal support of foreign investments including when concluding investment agreements and implementing investment projects, creating and registering organizations with foreign investments, opening and closing representative offices (branches), mergers, acquisitions and other forms of reorganization, acquisition of shares and other securities, participation interests, business and real estate in the Republic of Belarus, as well as in case of business liquidation and exit from business projects;
  • participation in international arbitration and other arbitration courts;
  • legal due diligence and preparation of legal documents in Russian and English (including draft legal acts, agreements (contracts), constituent documents, interpellations, claims, statements of claim, revocations, complaints and other documents);
  • research in various areas of legislation (civil, tax, environmental, land, customs, copyright, transport, maritime, etc.), monitoring changes in legislation, analysis and writing articles;

ARBITRAGE PRACTICE:

  • conciliator of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) under the World Bank on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 2015-2021;
  • recommended arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and repeatedly elected arbitrator for pursuing cases in the IAC at the BelCCI;
  • repeatedly elected arbitrator for pursuing cases in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation;
  • repeatedly elected ad hoc arbitrator and mediator in resolving business disputes;
  • clients representative in arbitration courts of the CIS states.
