Alisa is experienced in tax issues, administrative proceedings, currency regulation and control. She also has practical skills in translating legal documents.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• participation in providing support to legal entities in the course of tax audits on various taxation issues;
• drafting of civil and labour agreements and their review, including for tax compliance;
• participation in consulting foreign companies on the best options for entering the Belarusian market, and on the application of double taxation treaties;
• consulting on the risks associated with establishing a permanent establishment in Belarus, as well as on other tax issues related to tax planning and structuring transactions;
• legislative monitoring and participation in the drafting of legal opinions on foreign gratuitous aid, transfer pricing, currency control, procedures for payment services, etc..;
• translation of legal documents.
