A.Stepanovski began his professional career with the “Belarusbank”, worked as a legal adviser with various business companies. Since 2006 is the Managing Partner of the law company “Stepanovski, Papakul & partners”.

 

Membership in professional associations: a member of the International Bar Association (IBA); Board Member of the Belarusian Public Association of Commercial Lawyers (BelPACL).

 

- Legal support of entering of one of the gas traders of the Russian Federation to the Belarusian gas market in 1996;
- Representation of interests in Court of one of the largest Russian oil transporters in a dispute with tax authorities of Belarus in 2003 and 2004.;
- Representing and protecting the interests of manufacturing and trading companies;
- Advising of representatives of a number of Russian companies on commercial law of the Republic of Belarus;
- Address issues of investment, real estate and construction, establishment, reorganization and sale of enterprises in Belarus;
- Advising on bankruptcy of enterprises;
- Maintenance of jurisprudence on economic disputes, both between companies and with government authorities;
- The project leadership to unite the law firm Stepanovski, Papakul & partners and Vashkevich, Sapego & Khrapoutski
