M. Kosachev has broad experience in establishment, restructuring and liquidation of companies with different organizational forms, representative offices of foreign companies, in preparation and analysis of documents for restructuring or sale of companies.

Recent experience:
- Consulting for a non-resident of the Republic of Belarus of an optimal organizational legal form for establishment on the territory of the Republic of Belarus of a joint company for production and sale of dairy products;
- Advising on membership changes in a joint enterprise – the owner of a network of gas stations on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
- Analysis and drafting recommendations on holding of a supervisory council meeting by a major clothing manufacturer;
- Participation in Due Diligence during entry of foreign investors to the Belarusian market.
