Professional experience:
- Creation of a business secret protection system for a Belarusian company;
- Registration of a subsidiary company of a large Austrian company in the area of nanotechnology as a subject of technology park, conducting agreements on transfer of know-how in the sphere of nanotechnology;
- Creation of a legal relationships chain emerging as a result of transfer of rights for software shipped with industrial equipment;
- Advising on matters of commercial substance of advertising in the light of use of intellectual property rights;
- Advising on matters of goods distribution procedures providing promotion of the rights holder’ goods in the market by a distributor;
- Adaptation of processes of business conduct connected with distribution of software rights belonging to the Microsoft.

Additional experience:
Participation in the international student competition Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 2009 (Austria, Vienna) in the quality of the Belarusian team member.
