A conference on the issues of IPO as a means of mobilizing funds for Belarusian companies was co-held in Minsk on September 22 by law company Stepanovski, Papakul and Partners with international law firms SALANS, Stelios Americanos & Co and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Business and government representatives had a possibility to learn more about the IPOs of Russian companies and the availability of foreign financing.
