Professional experience:
- support of entry of a large retail operator to the Belarusian market, planning and determination of organizational and fiscal structure of business and real estate deals.
- supervision of inclusion in the customs register of intellectual property objects of clients’ trademarks in order to terminate “grey” import to Belarus;
- elaboration of a system of distributorship in Belarus of a large international manufacturer of automobile oil;
- obtaining agreements of an antimonopoly body on the issues of gaining indirect control over one of the largest Russian oil company;
- carrying out due diligence of companies claiming to obtain a status of distributor of a large international manufacturer of automobiles in Belarus;
- preparation and expert examination of more than two dozen license agreements on transfer of rights to intellectual property objects (know-how, software, television channels, selection achievements etc.);
- elaboration of a system of legal formalization of operations related to market promotion and advertising of a large Belarusian beer manufacturer after it’s been purchased by an internationally known beer manufacturer. Adaptation of local documents of the Company to international standards.
