Associate Attorney

Education: Law Department, Academy of Management of the President of the Republic of Belarus: MBA, Belarusian State University Institute of Business and Management Technologies. Sergey has got a certificate of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus on professional competence.

Sergey has a broad experience in drafting contracts (legal analysis of economic agreements: purchase and sale (supply, construction, lease), in consulting and resolution of clients’ practical issues in the sphere of their current business activity (including legal opinions), in registration of companies on the territory of the Republic of Belarus (including legal entities with foreign investments).

Professional experience:
- Consulting of a supplier of manufacturing equipment and organization of document circulation control system in the sphere of wholesale trade (including deals with participation of affiliates);
- Consulting of clients on issues of business activity (written and oral consultations in the framework of the “hot line” project);
- Legal support to organization of Davis Cup matches in Minsk (conclusion of agreements on rights transfer for television broadcasting, advertising contracts and lease agreements);
- Consulting and support of a project on company registration as a property complex.
- Re-organization of a large company – an importer of decoration materials from a unitary enterprise into a limited liability company.
