Education: Department of Management, Academy of Public Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus with specialization in law with honors. Has a certificate of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of professional competence.

Irina started her work as a declaration expert with the foreign relations department of the Brest Lamp Factory; worked as a legal advisor at the manufacturing cooperative "Monolistroy-262”; was an attorney of the legal  advisory office of the of the Brest Regional Bar; occupied a leading advisor position at the law firm  Drebezova & Partners.

Irina has a wide experience in reorganization process of companies, as well in other corporate issues in implementing activities of companies of various ownership forms.

Recent experience:  legal analysis for a foreign investor on determining an optimal method of privatization of one of the Belarusian enterprises of garments industry.

Professional membership: a member of a Public Professional Association Belarusian Association of Women Lawyers.
